All mechanisms shown on this page can be engraved with figures, letters or special signs. As standard kinds of types we use DIN 1451 in narrow, narrow-medium, medium and wide lettering. Special types and engravings ca be delivered upon request. For the mechanisms K 503, HS 504, plain or electronically controlled heating for embossing into thermally reacting materials. For colored embossing with colored foil transport.

Control Unit for Automatic Embossing Mechanisms
Embossing mechanisms with electronic control of switching function.
We supply units for tools with automatic adjustment that control the switching function of wheels. These units are used in such processes in which a continuous numbering is exactly needed. Faulty adjustments caused by worn grippers, wheels or by pollution between the wheels cannot be prevented, thereby, but observed.
As a result, an inductive approximation switch traces every embossing wheel, and each movement is indicated on the control unit. Additionally the press stroke is monitored.
After having input the start figure into the control unit, the monitored movements of the stroke and the embossing wheels have to ensue in logical sequence. Fault movements, e.g. stroke without continuous switching, incorrect carries and other movements that are not meet the normal cycle will be recognized by system. As a result, the press is cut off with a following fault message.
In addition, the control unit can determine a terminal value. Reaching this terminal value the equipment will be stopped, too. The further operation can only be started by repeated setting (this is a possibility to check the embossing mechanism) of the valid figure sequence.
The setting of the control unit can be blocked up by means of key-type switch. This, unauthorized person cannot interrupt the operation cycle.

Engraving and Kinds of Letters
Kinds of letters of DIN 1451 we deliver in standard for all tools. The types small/narrow/narrow-medium/medium/medium-wide are available for almost all types of tools and kinds of engraving. Regarding the plain face this standard is particularly suited. This type of lettering is used for conic embossing engravings, small hot embossing engravings and upper-lower stamps.
The stroke thickness of engraving depends on DIN or your request.
All other types of lettering shown on this page are only available for special applications, but upon request we can engrave them for almost all applications.
Special signs and types of lettering not shown on this page can also be realized. In addition, Cyrillic, Arab and other types of lettering are available.
